I had the…read moreworst experience as they never enforced the tenant to put utilities in their names from day 1, kept late fees when the tenant was late on rent on more than one occasion, did not enforce the 1 dog stipulation in the contract (the tenant had 2), did not do a thorough walkthrough when the tenant moved out (thereby not seeing all the damages that the dogs had done, and used the security deposit to repay the 5 months of overdue utility bills owed (money which should have gone towards the property damages). I would definitely not recommend this company.
