This wonderful pair are the gold standard of real estate professionals with their finely tuned people skills and ability to really listen and hone in on what your priorities are. Throw in extensive expertise, great sense of humors and extraordinary kindness (Matt and Larissa even offered to meet the person we appointed to do our final walk-thru at 2am during a blizzard storm because he was driving in from San Diego and had never been to Tahoe before!) and you have the entire package. I put all my faith and trust in them when it came to getting us the home of our dreams when there were already multiple competitive offers and they came thru with flying colors! I cannot say enough about the good hands I was in having them looking out for us during our escrow period. i used Tahoe Truckee Homes as a management company for my rental home in agate bay. I had the…read moreworst experience as they never enforced the tenant to put utilities in their names from day 1, kept late fees when the tenant was late on rent on more than one occasion, did not enforce the 1 dog stipulation in the contract (the tenant had 2), did not do a thorough walkthrough when the tenant moved out (thereby not seeing all the damages that the dogs had done, and used the security deposit to repay the 5 months of overdue utility bills owed (money which should have gone towards the property damages). I would definitely not recommend this company.
