These people are the most deceitful business cheats that I have ever dealt with. First, I am a financial advisor and I work with companies who are looking for someone to help them manage their 401k or profit sharing plans. On occasion I will invite a TPA which is what this company performs to help me in a sales meeting so I brought in Ian Salisbury to work with me to sell a plan. Hes wasn't very smart in the meeting and dressed very cheaply but I figured that he was young and needed some help. Unfortunately, during the meeting when he was supposed to only be assisting me, hence the invite, he was more interested in promoting himself above my services..which was the point of the meeting.
What happened later was the schocker. I called the client to follow up for about three months following the initial meeting when he finally told me that the owners of the company brought in their own financial advisor to sell the plan over me. Imagine that! I bring them in on an appointment and they then decide that they want it all for themselves. Oh well.
I was upset for about a week after that, but then chalked it up to them being cheats and glad for the fact that I haven't brought them into any of the other clients that I have won business from.
If your planning on doing business with them, be careful. I spoke with two other Insurance companies about this same issue with the Salisbury's and they actually confirmed that they had had similar experiences.
If your looking for a professional outfit for TPA services try working with Hick's benifits or Benifit Planning Inc. out of Marina Del Rey. Ask for Dick, he's a pro. read more
