The information provided on the bill does not provide any explanation for why this amount had never previously been billed despite the fact that it's for services rendered in September (3 months ago). According to the invoice, after insurance I owed a total of 653.88 and had only paid 539.26, so I still owe $114.62. According to my bank statements, I have paid them 677.67, so based on their invoice, they actually owe me $20. Guess I'll have to call them and get berated again.

After ER visits, numerous specialist, five months of daily vertigo with very little sleep, a late…read morediagnosis, and an insane amount in medical bills, Brian Prettyman made it all (well not the bills) go away within one week with just two visits (three for good measure but wasn't needed) - and we probably spent less than an hour total together. After all of the letdowns, I was very skeptical of "ear physical therapy" (aka vestibular therapy) but he really gave me my life back. And I'm not saying that lightly. Little to no sleep does a real wonder on the mind as well as the body and I was on a steep decline. I can't express my gratitude enough. And I felt heard. He took the time to talk to me first and listened to all of my concerns (and crying). I couldn't even get through the first day testing without an episode and subsequent freaking out, but he never made me feel bad about it. He worked with me exactly as I requested. He personalizes his treatments to each patient and is practical with his treatment plan. Everyone there is so kind and understanding. Don't forget great music and conversations.
