So when I needed a more extensive remodel, rehiring Topnotch was a no-brainer. The project entailed all new flooring (wood floors throughout the upper level, bathroom tiles and new carpeting on the lower level), removal of custom shelving throughout, a complete interior repainting from very dark colors to white, electrical work, exterior siding replacement and related repairs, exterior door replacement and repair, junk removal, electrical work, exterior power washing and interior cleaning, and various other tasks. Dmytro was always available to help solve problems and generously helped me select materials. As the scope changed along the way, he was always reasonable with additional charges and actually did a large amount of work without charging anything. The house looked GREAT when he was done, and Dmytro was always available when I had questions about the completed work or if anything needed touch-up or adjustment. He also helped me with miscellaneous work that we needed to do as part of the home sale. Dmytro has his own crew and also a team of fellow professionals with whom he has an excellent relationship. Together I am confident they can handle jobs of any scope. I feel so lucky to have found Dmytro during what was a challenging period with my sick dad and a house that needed a total makeover. I have been through other remodels that were a nightmare but this experience was the opposite-- Topnotch was a dream to work with. I really don't think you can go wrong with these guys!
