Yes, let's! With the stall looking like ten children's parties crammed into one tiny space, it…read morereally is a visual marvel. Located in the lower section of Leeds Kirkgate Market, I found Let's Party so tacky, that it charmed me. They stock a huge range of party decoration paraphernalia. From banners for every occasion, to Hawaiian flower garlands and afro wigs; from oversized birthday badges to overly sentimental cuddly toys. And the balloons, oh the balloons! With so many helium filled specimens, the stall is in genuine danger of drifting up into the ether. The customer really is spoilt for choice. There was even one which read 'Will you marry me?' upon it, for any budding lotharios that wish to receive a deafening refusal at such a shoddy way to pledge allegiance to a loved one for all eternity. I was strangely mesmerised by a balloon in the shape of a disco ball, and am seriously considering basing an entire party theme around its magnificence. Let's Party caters for all kinds of events, with their website selling even more items. With plenty of pessimism and pain in this world, I salute you, Let's Party, and back your quest to inject some fun into people's lives.

They have rooms in the main building, upstairs from the bar/restaurant and they also have a separate annex building. There's a bar if you'd like to grab a pint or something softer while you are relaxing and enjoying a few frames. The ambience in there is very fitting for snooker, very little noise so you can concentrate on your shots. Overall a really nice spot.

Anyhoo, it's a really wonderful hotel. It's modern, and I think interior designer peeps would say it is full of 'clean lines' or something. My room had a 'feature wall' behind my bed with massive horizontal burgundy and gold stripes - very fancy and plush and nice it was. The staff were great, particularly as they had to cope with 50 rowdy teachers plus other conference attendees during the day (in the lovely atticy room at the top of the hotel overlooking that needle thingy in the square outside), then during the meal at night, then again for brekkie in the morning. The food was delicious, again very modern (the lunch looked like a work of art, with that stuff drizzled around the plate and things balanced everywhere. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to stay, or even have a wedding or event. Great hotel.

We couldn't have been more thrilled with every aspect of our visit. It felt like our home from the minute we walked in the door. Elaine, Mike and Jo welcomed us as if we were family, they provided us with a fantastic room, outstanding food, and overwhelming friendship from the minute we met. The treat their guests like family by providing a warm, relaxing, inspiring environment. The weather was unexpectedly horrible and so when we found ourselves snowed in on our morning of departure they let us stay as long as we needed to, gave us free food and drink for our road trip once the roads had cleared, and even let us help shovel snow with them that morning in an effort to share some laughs and blow off our travel frustrations. We look forward to returning, staying with them, and experiencing more great memories together! If you are ever in Pateley Bridge and can't stay the night, at least find reason to stop in for a drink or a bite...you won't regret it!
