Fernando took my car in and cleared up a lot of BS given me by Midas. He quoted me fairly (and lower than the big chains), patiently answered all my questions, and had my car back to me in good time and working better than it has ever worked since I got it. Demish came up to the car and I told him the situation. He quickly removed and switched my plates for me, no problem. Kamal never told me there was a fee to change the plates but I figure he has a business and has to make money, too. And he's always been fair with me, so he also checked my brake pads for free. 30% left. They were very nice about it and demish told me to come back in 2-3 months for the pads. Still 5/5 !!!

Got a quote for new brakes on my truck for $800. Picked it up he charged me $1200 because he put heavy duty brakes on it because I have a boat. I haven't towed my boat since I got new brakes 20 thousand km later the brakes are done. Got a quote to change my tranny cooling lines for $700. Picked it up it was now $1200. Dropped my truck off to get some nice new winter tires last sept. Finally got it back in last February with not new tires but 6 year old used tires for $1000. less than 10 thousand km later 3 out of 4 tires are flat. He looped the tranny lines on my truck. I picked it up drove less than 30 km the lines blew off. Had to get it flat bedded to his garage for almost $400. He didn't even help me with the cost. Be careful with this guy.

I could tell out of the gate that my gains were real. The pedal was more responsive, and acceleration had a kick far in excess of the stock tune. I have been 100% satisfied since using this shop. This is where things become next level. My car is a 9-speed auto transmission. I noticed from day one, the car never wanted to go into 9th gear. Even when I go into manual mode, the car would down shift from 9th to 8th gear after about 60-90 seconds. I drove 140 miles to Vancouver BC and burned about 1/2 tank of gas. I was not at all happy with the fuel economy. This was before the tune. Recently, I made the 160-mile drive from Seattle to Portland and in Eco mode, the car stayed in 9th gear, and I made the entire trip burning ¼ of a tank. These guys really put in the work to ensure this is a well-balanced robust tune. I can't recommend them enough.
