I have tricky feet and up until going to Runners World I'd gone with only one model of shoe (which aren't sold in the UK). At runners world they found a brand and model which works for me. It's a small but telling detail. In trying on my shoes, I ended up trying on the display pair. I was surprised when I got home that the staff member had switched out the display pair that I had tested in the store for a never worn pair that had been in the back. Though i would have been fine to take home the display pair, I definitely appreciated the thoughtfulness and gesture.

Paul is very knowledgable and answered all the questions I had too and even asked me what kind of riding I was looking to do on the bike. The bike I purchased was a Specialized Sirrus Sport and I am very happy with it. I would definitely recommend this store.
