When we wanted to have our investment property in Warren tested for radon (since you can never be too careful), Action Radon Testing was recommended. Ellen is extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. Our test was scheduled to begin on a Wednesday and end on a Friday. She was already going to be in the area. When she arrived, the tenants were unable to keep the windows closed on that first day, which is a requirement for an accurate test. She graciously re-made arrangements directly with the tenants and came all the way back down the next day in order to do the test. The results were phoned and emailed to us shortly after the test was completed. The email report also included the invoice for the services. Everything was fast and professional. She even honored my request to contact me when my check arrived so that I could obtain confirmation that be bank paid the bill promptly through our Internet banking. Here's what I liked best about Ellen: When I inquired about testing both sides of the property (since they are completely separated with the exception of a few feet at the tippy top of the attic), she recommended that we just test the one side.
