Every aspect of my repair was handled with grace, speed and professionalism. Gabriel ordered a new convertible top which arrived in a timely manner and was able to schedule me in quickly. Sergio and Gabe were able to replace my convertible top in less than a full day. Their attention to detail made for a resulting beautiful quality installation. I was back on the road with my new replacement as quick as a roadrunner! The precise timing was particularly important and relevant in my case as my drive to Rivero Auto is a four hour round-trip drive. The parts were ordered and received prior to my arrival and additional staffing scheduled so I would not have to make two trips. The entire job was completed in less than a full day. They may handle walkin sales better. They shouldn't advertise nationwide if they can't accommodate buyers over 1000 miles away. I offered to put a deposit right away after I was able to have the seller realize they were priced too high and they reduced their price. Unique wouldn't take my deposit via Credit Card. I had no trade in and did not need a loan on a 145k boat. They told me I had to wire the funds after which I had 5-7 days to complete the deal, yet they took a 10% deposit from someone and then it took 20 days for them to receive their loan. Total BS
