We were helped by Nick when we purchased our first side-by-side, very personable and knowledgeable.

30% restocking fee on parts..... Amazon is free returns shipped to a warehouse vs 30% to walk 15' and put it in a shelf.

Misled on our Sea Doo order. Missed a season and now own a trailer we bought on the word they'd absolutely get us our Jet Ski. Avoid.

Be warned about buying anything used from this place!!! Was…read morelooking at used street motorcycles. I asked about a test ride and was told there was a policy that no test rides are allowed. I advised I had a current motorcycle endorsement and I have way over 30 years pork riding experience. The sales person said that their insurance won't allow it. I asked about trying it out if I started paperwork and had cash in hand. Was again told you can't ride it until after the transaction is done. If after buying it you find a problem you are out of luck. Told sales person I guess doing business with them is just buying a pig in a poke. The bikes I was looking at were less than $$5000.00. I told them it was ridicules that a block away a can test ride a $35,000 Harley Davidson but they won't allow a customer to try out an inexpensive bike.

Summary: Out of state travelers should go out of their way to come here for service, parts,…read moreclothing, or other gear. You will be treated right. If you live in town, you are lucky, I wish I had a dealer like this near me. The rant: I was 8,000 miles into a cross country motorcycle trip from New Hampshire when I met the team at Adventure Motorsports on my KTM adventure bike. Things slowed down a bit when I arrived in Salt Lake City. A different motorcycle service shop did a "scheduled service" and reinstalled my valve cover gasket incorrectly and stripped two bolts on the valve cover during reinstall. I noticed oil on the drain pan near Twin Falls. By luck, there was a customer at a coffee shop that referred me to Adventure Motorsports and said they will take good care of me. My good experience started with the service writers who were genuinely interested in my travels and they understood that I was a long way from home. They prioritized me in line to get the bike diagnosed asap and called me back immediately with the not so good news. They politely explained the issues (in layman's terms) with the prior service that I had in Salt Lake City. They listened while I explained what I understood back to them and they also provided me with several photos. I was able to use the photos and their expertise and explaination to get a full refund from the Salt Lake City dealer. We had a difficult time locating a new intake camshaft but located one and got it delivered in a few days. The service writers knew I was without a mode of transportation and offered a loaner bike they called "Orange Crush" so I could get around and check out the waterfall. One of the service writers even drove me to my hotel on his way home from work. I met the sales manager Kent. At one point I was considering buying a bike if we couldn't source a new camshaft. Kent understood the situation I was in (over a barrel) and I appreciate that he didn't use my situation as an opportunity to put the hard press on me to sell a bike. He simply gave me the information I needed to make an informed decision and let me go on my way. I decided to fix my bike but thank you Kent. I met the technician Randy who did not hide behind a locked service door like some service departments I have been to. He came out and showed me my worn camshaft. He also put my bike back together and did some other smaller maintenance items while the bike was apart. The bike now has over 20,000 miles and after Randy's work I think it runs better than it did when it had 5,000 miles. I honestly wish KTM and other dealers would put "gold star travel service" as part of the search algorithm on the manufacturer website. Not all dealers are created equal. Lots will tell you 2 weeks to get you in for anything and this is a complete show stopper when you NEED service and can't move. Thank you!
