Paid $380 for a stater gasket to be fixed on my 2004 Kawasaki. not only did they not fix it but Elliot one of the bosses said I could bring it back in but when I called him to do so he wouldn't return my calls and ghosted me. my bike is actually leaking more oil then before they worked on it. Will not use or refer this business to anyone. Lost $380 and now I will have to do it myself. read more

Went in to possibly purchase a Can Am outlander MAX ($15K plus fees), wanted to trade in my Harley easily worth $10K, Finance manager wanted FOUR pics, I sent 12, all high quality of every aspect of the bike.. kept asking for MORE pics and better pics, despite my pics being excellent and more than good enough, in good light for any dealer to list and sell online, let alone simply take a look at. Salesman was charging me $300 for "dealer" fees, and a $700 machine set up fee. This place was one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a business. After the service dept had my UTV for 5 months and couldn't find what turned out to be a bad parking brake sensor, I asked if they would just trade it in. The UTV was only 10 months old and half that was spent at the dealer!!! The sales staff was even worse! Extremely unprofessional staff all around. I left a bad review before they had finished the repair and they told me to pick it up as-is (still broken) or they would start charging me storage fees. Even though it was still under warranty!!! So I took down the review and they "fixed" it a couple weeks later. Not surprisingly, I had to take it to another shop to get repaired. I would avoid buying from this place and avoid going there for service. read more

With out a doubt, the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I went to Action Cycles and Sleds to shop for UTVs several months ago. Their sales team pressured me into putting a deposit down that day to "get in line" for a machine, estimated to arrive in May or June. No where in the paper work I signed did it say the deposit was non-refundable. A couple weeks later I had shopped around more and found a machine elsewhere that I could have in 2 weeks, which sounded a lot better than 4-5 months. I called Action and talked to the salesman that pressured me into giving a deposit and informed him I had decided to go a different direction and that I wanted my deposit back. He said he had to talk to his manager... a week later I get a call back informing me that my machine had magically arrived 3 months prior to their expectation. I told them I was sorry, I am going with a different UTV, and that I would like my deposit back. The manager Elliot informed me that he could be fined 2000 dollars for ordering a machine under one name and selling it to someone else, and that he would not return my deposit. After talking to Polaris corporate and confirming they were not fined a penny, I went back in today to ask for either my money back or my machine. Elliot informed me they had sold the machine I ordered and he would not be refunding my deposit. And he threatened to call the cops to get me out of his store because " I threatened him with writing a bad review. I needed one gear for my dirtbike and they were the only ones in the country that had it.... the parts guy kyle took time to look for it in the store because it wasnt where it was supposed to be or some shit and sure as fuck he came up with it... i asked him to put it on hold because i couldnt pay for it until this past friday... it went out in there mail and i got it two days later. i have been waiting for months for this spur gear because everything is back ordered. thanks again action cycles & sleds and kyle from parts greatly appreciate it read more

terrible service. bought an expensive side by side. no information provided when we picked it up. filthy and no gas. we had to fill it up to get it off our trailer. do not recommend. Brought a bike in to get some work done on it. Got I back and the next ride out it blew the crank out of it. Had a performance engine builder rebuild it, come to find out it was very likely that the failer was caused by the techs at Action Sleds and Cycles. Went to talk to them, didn't offer to refund any money let alone help with the cost of the engine rebuild. Also was very disappointed with customer service in the store, wandered around for 20+ minutes and was never offered help. Would greatly not recommend giving them your business. read more

Had a great experience here. Purchased a RZR trail edition from these guys and a 4 seater Teryx. Not only did they give the best price in town but they were honest with me the whole time and did not suprise me with any fee's or BS at the end. Would highly recommend them to anyone. read more
