I'm a fan, but you have to pick and choose your products here. One of the best things about Kiko is…read morethe price: these are really accessible products which range from essentials to slightly gimicky one-offs, but when they have a sale you can afford to try even a range of rather curious items, from serums to eyebrow brushes, nail-art accessories to automatic eye-shadow dispensers. They also have fun seasonal ranges which can inspire you to change up your look. A couple of the products I've tried have been slightly disappointing, including a lipstick felt-tip pen and a pigment eye-shadow. However, one of my favourite lipsticks is also from here, and I love their translucent powder. The rewards app incentivises loyalty, but you have to spend at least €200 to get a €10 discount, so it won't happen overnight. The store that I am reviewing has a large glass window which helps when viewing the products, but it was a bit tired looking inside. The counters were easy to get around and the staff helpful.

You can buy a fistful of quality products here for reasonable prices. The majority of the ones that I bought were made in Germany, not China. A waterproof eyeshadow in an array of colours is €9. The have an organic section for slightly higher prices. Really helpful service on both occasions, even suffering through my communication attempts in Italian.

Upon arriving the employees just stared at us like we were something from another universe Im going to say that maybe they were not pleased with our appearance. I know there's a language disconnect on our part, but the hovering over us and looking us up and down Sure made us feel uncomfortable. I got the impression that they thought we were there to steal. I couldn't think straight due to the overwhelming feeling that I was being watched and judged by everything I did or said. I purchased something small, but upon leaving the store regretted buying anything due to environment in there. I did have a lady that tried working with me and she was somewhat patient with me seeing as I spoke no Italian. Italy is a beautiful place and we have been greeted and treated with kindness everywhere we went, but SEPHORA apparently is above us. Id give this particular location 1 star, but the ONE sales lady on the floor and cashier were friendly and patient with us.
