So posting all the ways this place has helped me would take an entire blog site, so in making this short and sweet... The hands that go into the support I received here were the best hands I could've asked to be in... If it was not for the people here, I would not be the amazing mother I am today. My relationship with ACPC has been ongoing for years, though I no longer NEED the staff in my life, they became family to my children and sisters I can count on through thick and thin... They ensured I had all the supplies I needed to make sure my children were well taken care of and in exchange I received the most loving supportive advise and guidance I could've asked for in the journey I was on. I was taught love, compassion, understanding and how to give my babies a life I couldn't have imagined just a few short years ago... Thank you ACPC keep up the amazing work you do! read more

It was easy to schedule by texting. I got confirmation quickly and was pleasantly surprised when I arrived for my apt. It was cozy and comfortable inside and the staff were very friendly. I was nervous about what 'options' they'd give me but was very happy when what they presented was sourced and properly cited. I thought I'd get my ultrasound the same day but had to come back another day for it. The nurse was a legit RN and was very helpful. They even gave me a little plastic version of my baby that they said was printed on their 3D printer in-house. I was told I could bring my support person in with me which was cool too. He had to wait for a little while in the waiting area but he was allowed in once they started my US. I later found out they have a van that they do ultrasounds in around Pueblo. I found a pic Of it online and posted it earlier. I was very impressed by their professionalism. I would recommend my friends to them. read more

We offer services designed to help women know and understand all their pregnancy options. All of our services are free thanks to the generous support of many individuals & businesses in our community who recognize the need for a safe support system for individuals making important decisions related to their sexual health and unplanned pregnancies.

History

Established in 1984.

ACPC was incorporated in 1984 and has been serving the Pueblo Community with free and confidential services ever since.

Meet the Manager: Dr. Elizabeth E.

Dr. Ehama was born in Spokane, Washington and earned a B.S. from the University of Washington in 1985. She then worked at Craig Hospital in Englewood, Colorado for over ten years. She received her Master's in Business Administration in 1993. In 2003, she earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Bio sciences. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine in New York in 2008. She joined Pueblo Women's Center in 2008. Dr. Ehama is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology. She specializes in pelvic floor gynecological surgeries, bladder and incontinence procedures, management of high risk obstetrical pregnancies and medical management of weight loss. She is a principal investigator for several investigational FDA clinical trials. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and salmon fishing in Alaska.
