In both cases, Dan and Justin took exceptional measures to diagnose what was happening, including cameras and inspections in hard to reach areas. True to their humane commitment, they used nothing but live traps and made multiple trips to ensure the animals were removed safely, even the carpenter bees! I am happy to report that I now live with neither flying squirrels nor carpenter bees, and the diligence of what they done may have even sealed the house from a stink bug problem I was also dealing with.
