Called them and Nathan fully explained the process to me including the laws in NJ regarding different times of the year bats cannot be removed. Third visit was to install exclusionary tubes to let the bats leave the attic safely and not be able to return. Final visit was insulation removal, sanitization and install of brand new insulation. Both Nathan and Joe answered all of my text messages and questions and made me feel secure. I cannot say enough good things about this company and them As individuals. Thanks again guys!! You are rockstars!

The second were carpenter bees burrowing into exposed wood on the exterior. In both cases, Dan and Justin took exceptional measures to diagnose what was happening, including cameras and inspections in hard to reach areas. True to their humane commitment, they used nothing but live traps and made multiple trips to ensure the animals were removed safely, even the carpenter bees! I am happy to report that I now live with neither flying squirrels nor carpenter bees, and the diligence of what they done may have even sealed the house from a stink bug problem I was also dealing with. Thank you, Conscious Critters!
