We hired this company in May 2016 to trap a raccoon in our porch ceiling. The owner showed up with a trap and placed it on the side of the porch, something I could have done. We signed a contract for him to trap the raccoon, replace, and reinforce the soffit. He required half the money agreed to up front and the other half upon completion of the job. Well, he pocketed the money and completely blew us off. Just my personal experience I wanted to share so someone else can save themselves $400. read more
