I had an…read more excellent first impression from the initial project assessment in early winter, and an honest estimate which was honored the day of work in early spring. They reported bright-eyed and bushy-tailed on that morning. Every person on the crew was polite and personable. I saw them working safely with harnesses and ropes, and communicating with headsets. They communicated with me to confirm any questions about what I did or did not want done, e.g. stump removal, tree symmetry preference, additional limbs pruned, or limbs left for privacy. Looking for an arborist is the first step in the right direction, but having a knowledgeable, straightforward, and straight talking crew do the job is the best decision you can make. This company may get busy with storm damage relief, but Tim was very communicative about the schedule and working with my schedule. They were worth every dime and then some! The crew cleaned up and even painted a tree for me. Thank you Sanner Tree Service! Note: check out the pictures of their work.
