You ride with other people who will be in the same basket as you. Our driver, Fabian, was nice and chatty. Once we arrived, we checked in with a representative while the hot air balloon crew prepared our ride. They also provided light snacks, coffee, and tea, which was all included with the package. It can also be very cold depending on the time of the year, so make sure to bring extra layers to stay warm. We flew over the countryside and the pyramids of Teotihuacán, which was breathtaking. Seeing the pyramids from above gave a different perspective compared to being on the ground. The sunrise added to the experience and made the views more memorable. The ride was originally suppose to last 30 minutes, but our pilot extended it to 45 minutes. The landing was smooth and wasn't rocky, which made the experience feel safe. Once we hopped off the basket, we were given a certificate for flying and celebrated with an apple cider toast. Once everything wrapped up, a shuttle van took us back to the main check-in area. All in all, it was an incredible experience that I would highly recommended to anyone visiting CDMX!

The hike is not easy so be prepare to either make many stops or skip it all together. If you are fit then it should be a breeze and no big deal. After the hike it pays off since the view from above it is awesome. On one side there is no fence but on the other side there is a fence so you can feel safe. On the side where the pyramid sits, that's the side with no fence so just be careful. On the top of the hill, you can buy water or other liquids so you can rehydrate and be ready to walk down. And just so you know, just because you are going down the stairs, it does not mean it will be easy. Uneven stairs and some of the spots there are no stairs, there are only rocks. But it is worth it. Hope you visit and enjoy as well.

It was the perfect intro to an escape room for our eight-year-old daughter. For around $20 a person, we booked the room where everything is hobbit-sized since it was more kid-friendly. Staff explained the rules in English and the clues were in English as well as Spanish. Nothing was too complicated, but we did need to ask for a few clues. We solved the puzzle within an hour and had a blast!

We got zapped for 20 pesos. We asked a few employees to put a note there, saying "out of service", like any honest place would do. I couldn't get anyone to get anyone off their *ss and put a note there. "not my yob". YES IT IS. you Represent this business have is machine on your property and you know the machine is just taking money not selling anything. OR you too are the thief.... They make this business, their town, their country, their religion look like a bad joke. The have no shame. The fun center employs this level of human.
