A peaceful and quiet place to relax and slow your pace of life. Beautiful sunrise AND sunset views! There's a small number of spots, large and nicely spaced out, no cramming in together here, easy to get in and out and pull through. My site went slightly uphill but I didn't have a problem getting my trailer level. I drove by the RV park a few miles away in Grangeville and they look packed in like sardines, which made me really happy I chose this one. New infrastructure (nice water and electric hookups), fire rings and clean high quality picnic tables. If you don't mind dumping your tanks at the free spot a couple of blocks away, then this park is a great choice. I used the private shower house and the shower felt like a luxury compared to my RV one. The water softener made my hair softer than it's been in a long time! There are even towels and guest soaps. Two towns are nearby with services. My cell signal worked perfectly and so did the wifi. What makes this place special is the "real people" owners. They clearly go out of their way to make sure you get everything you expected and then some. They run their park the way I would if I owned one - with generosity and kindness. They were also very accommodating when some tent campers showed up on short notice to camp with our group. The prices are excellent and it's very affordable to stay for longer periods of time. There aren't a bunch of amenities and activities, but I'm not the kind of camper who cares about that kind of stuff. I'll take beautiful, peaceful and spacious any day. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely stay here.

The whole property is very well maintained. Each RV site is spaced out comfortably from eachother. Free WiFi was included along with a picknick table, firepit & wood, water & electric. Conveniently located very close to an RV dump station, grocerie stores and not to mention the Salmon river is only about a 30 minute drive away. If you are traveling through Northern Idaho I highly recommend Suebert RV & Guesthouse. -Brandon Redmond, OR

RV Stolen Off Their Lot Do not go to this business. They are…read moreextremely unprofessional and disorganized. They use unsecured and unmonitored locations for storage and have shady business practices. We brought our camper, a Jayco Jayflight, in for winterization, warranty work and possible repairs at the end of September. We showed the employee the damage we wanted a quote to fix, and they said they would take care of it. We were told warranty work takes a long time with our brand of camper. Two months later we got the call that the camper was finished and ready to be picked up. I asked about the quote we were supposed to get, and they said that the guy who was supposed to do it was laid off during the slow season so nobody else knew about it, but they will get the quote for us. They told my husband that it would be a while to hear back from the manufacturer. I called in January to ask about the quote again and was assured that it is normal that these things take a long while to get, so we waited to hear from them. When April rolled around and we still hadn't heard from them, I decided to push for my quote again. They said they would call me back when Shawn (who was the only person there who seemed to be able to tell me any information) was available. Shawn eventually called back and gave me the quote. I asked for some time to think about it and talk it over and he agreed. A bit later, Shawn called me again saying he had been trying to reach me about my quote, and I never answered my calls. I was confused by this as we spoke about it prior to this call. I gave him the quote amount and said he already gave it to me and he confirmed it. I told him I would call him about it next week and he agreed. We ultimately decided to not do the quote. I called, arranged pickup and asked if they could de-winterize the RV by pick up day. They said it would be ready to go. On pickup day, we got there and they did not have the de-winterization in the invoice. I asked a couple times about it and the owner, Kevin Munstermann, assured me it was completed, then added it to the invoice and charged us. He told me our camper was out back in a separate lot. Turns out, our RV was nowhere to be seen. We went back in and Kevin said if our camper isn't out there, then he doesn't know where it is, and that it is our problem. He kept blaming us for it being gone because we left it with them for so long, then said he should charge us for storage, even though his employees stated it would be fine when we asked about it months ago. He also took no accountability for any of the problems we faced working with them, and blew us off by pointing to a sign in his window waiving any responsibility for theft or misplaced items. We ended up filing a police report. The owner was not sympathetic or helpful, and was rude. They clearly had no idea our camper was even stolen. It is unlikely they did the de-winterization because they would have video footage of the camper, which they told the police they did not have, although they did charge us for that service and for all the other work performed. They clearly parked it, unsecured and without our knowledge, in a back-alley lot where someone saw it and took it, and not a single employee over the course of all this time even noticed it was gone. I read in the police report that they got the quote back in January, shortly after I called asking about it, but our phone records do not show that they ever called us to let us know. This place is shady, disorganized, and unprofessional. They do not deserve anyone's business.

Due to the time of year, with inventory low, we discussed delaying our search until the large Spokane RV Show in January. Because RNR RV has three (3) showrooms, we decided it would provide the largest selection to see at one location. Fast forward to January, we received the pertinent information from Scott and arranged to meet him at the Spokane Fairgrounds. Take this meeting one step further, we are now the proud owners of a used NuCamp 400 and received money back from the exchange with our Mercedez Citation. Gary, the Sales Manager and Scott were helpful beyond words and true gentlemen in every sense. The smooth, no pressure transaction, has left us with nothing but positive accolades for these two gentlemen. If you're looking for a new or used RV, give RNR RV in Lewiston, ID a call and ask for Scott or Gary. You won't be disappointed. Two Happy Campers, Bill & Lois

During that call Jeff asked me to give them a chance to win back my business and I agreed to one more opportunity. On Tuesday of the next week I took my RV to the service department and waited in the service lounge area while both headlight bulbs and the battery was replaced, free of charge. During my time in that lounge I overheard telephone conversations with various customers and in person interactions with other service customers as they picked up RV's that had been serviced. I was there for just under two hours and heard employees and customers treating each other with respect. I did not hear any complaints. I commend Jeff and his staff for addressing my previous experience in a timely manner and taking action to make right our business relationship.
