I bought the part and he quoted me $750 for the job. Had the vehicle for 7 days. Told me it would be ready to be picked up so on 7/3 so I bought a grey hound bus ticket to get there. When I was 1 hour away he called to tell me the issue was not resolved. I had to take another 4 hour bus ride to my home town. He then told me I need to replace another pump on my truck and if I bought the part labor would be $200 more. Fast forward another 3 days to this morning.7/6 I receive a text asking for payment on work completed because "he had a bill to pay and my vehicle is the only one he's working on now" when I went to send payment via Cash App I got an alert to not send it due to a SCAM WARNING. At this point I decide to have the truck towed to another shop to have the repairs done. This is where it goes down hill. Ryan refused to release the vehicle to me until I pay $950 when the amount owed was $750. He charged me $160 for "locksmith fees" because HE locked my keys in the vehicle and could not access them. When confronted he said he would change the invoice around so that I have to pay $950. Long story short is this shop has a history of doing this to "customers". SAVE YOUR SELF TROUBLE AND DO NOT GO HERE!

Randy,Chris, Mark....etc. My hats off to these guys for their patience, perseverance and quality of work. They went through every wire, every set up at testing until they got to the problem. In my case it was either an XY shifter needed replacement, harness or ECU. They looked at every possible combination and worked with the Eaton representative to make sure they find the problem. At the end the truck is running like a Swiss watch.
