I find the prices good and always a good selection. It's not one of your next generation mega fancy grocery stores but it does the trick.

They have a growing selection of organically grown produce and dairy which is great for me. The produce section is overall very well managed and stocked. This is the only grocery I've ever seen hard neck garlic for sale! Awesome.... I also enjoy the busy deli counter. They have daily, made to order sandwich specials at really competitive prices. My one rather large gripe is the cleanliness at the deli. It looks increasing filthy. To the point that, if it doesn't get better I'll be forced to stop patronizing the deli. There's loose unmarked meat laying around. I only buy Boar's head which is double the price of most others; so If I can't be sure it's Boar's Head why buy it. There's several different types of meat touching. Also, there's no list of what they carry. It's always a guessing game. No prices, no re-wrapping, no dates. It's a deal breaker for me, which sucks for my good friend Bob D. and I (see his reviews also). Because after a nice afternoon of 'Day Drinking' we love to stop in and grab a al carte Hoagie! Please clean up your act Foleys. When Bob is 3 sheets to the wind (or more) even he can tell it's filthy behind the deli counter! P.S. I love the 1950's feel and music this place has.

One of the best groceries in the area! Veggies aren't half rotted; clean…read more Size matters, but sometimes smaller is better.

From the moment you walk through the door, you're greeted by the irresistible aroma of authentic, homemade Italian cooking and the warm hospitality that instantly makes you feel like family. John, Michael, and Kevin put a little bit of love into everything they serve. They are knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and always willing to make recommendations. Then there's Babs, the "cleanup hitter," who runs the register with remarkable efficiency while sending every customer off with a warm smile and sincere appreciation. The selection of freshly prepared Italian specialties is nothing short of outstanding. Whether you're stopping in for lunch, picking up dinner for the family, or planning a special event, every dish reflects exceptional quality, authentic flavor, and meticulous attention to detail. Their catering service is equally impressive, providing beautifully prepared meals that are guaranteed to make any gathering memorable. The sandwiches are simply phenomenal--generously piled high with the freshest ingredients and served on freshly baked Italian bread that elevates every bite. It's easy to understand why Dolce & Clemens has earned such a loyal following. And whatever you do, don't leave without visiting the pastry shop! Their assortment of traditional Italian pastries is the perfect finale to any meal--always fresh, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Outstanding food, exceptional service, fair prices, and an unwavering commitment to quality make Dolce & Clemens a destination I'll return to again and again. If you're looking for authentic Italian cuisine, incredible sandwiches, delectable pastries, or first-class catering, look no further. Highly recommended--on a 1-10 scale, they are easily an 11. Meh not a fan but I continue I was warned it was expensive, it's not. So I bought a few prepared meals, simple meals just to get a feel for the food. The prosciutto, mozzarella and roasted peppers sandwich was huge but flavorless The meatballs and spaghetti entree were not to my liking at all. The sauce was lacking and not sure what the meat was in the meatballs Still have a chicken Marsala entree and a few fried chicken cutlets that I am in no hurry to eat but will because I don't waste food My visit here was disappointing and now that I have tried the I will continue to find other options to become my go to Salumeria The baked goods looks good maybe I will give that a shot I'm a sucker for good Canoli Update 9/17 the fried chicken cutlets were tasteless, ate one saving 2 to grind up to give to the dogs The Bruschetta was also tasteless. Its like food you would get in my parents assisted living facility no seasoning on anything. Why bother?I grew up on food like this and it is a really poor representation of the way these simple preparations should taste.

I can get a fair number of keto friendly things I need here. More expensive than some other markets near by, but it's a lovely store and I like their bakery and prepared foods. Very friendly customer service and I'm usually in and out very quickly. This supermarket is not as nice as Whole Foods or Wegmans but a bit better than Shoprite also little more expensive. They also have a good selection of wine, beer and spirits but you have to pay the Princeton high prices!

I then took a chance and purchased them again today. When peeled they were a very odd bright red color that I have never seen pn a mandarin before. I was afraid to eat them. I disposed of them. I then got out the grape tomatoes that I purchased this afternoon. Most were wrinkled and clearly should not have been sold. McCaffrey's is going to have to step up their produce quality to keep my business. I cannot keep throwing food away. I don't have time to waste returning it either. I barely have time to shop. McCaffrey's should be premium quality. I should not have to inspect everything I take off the shelf. I'm deeply disappointed.
