On 4/19/21 friend and I were seeking a solution to "fix" a sliding SERTA extra firm mattress for an…read moreMS patient. The original seller (care not to mention) did not have any solution or offer any other option to a less than one year old mattress. Another mattress business listened to our concern and said he had never heard of a mattress sliding elevated. He gave us a better understanding of the how the mattress was built and possibly it could have been defective from the manufacturer. Suggested contact SERTA. This would be time consuming and we needed a quick fix. Last option was Mattress Firm in Muskegon. We were greeted by Sidney and explained our problem. She, too had never heard of a mattress functioning in that manner. She was fully knowledgeable and helpful and felt the helplessness we had. She even went as far as contacting her manager to fix a mattress that was not sold by their business!! Her advice paid off. :) Sidney, are top notch - Mattress Firm Muskegon-South - you have a very valuable employee. There is no doubt in my mind when buying a mattress, I will be there. Virginia S.

We are still waiting for the actual refund, emails and texts go unanswered. I would not recommend doing business with this company. When we purchased the mattress we were told that if we did not like we could return for a FULL REFUND (minus the $99 charge to come pick up mattress from our home) OR an EXCHANGE. After about a month of NO SLEEP due to being extremely hot (we purchased the mattress with the cooling top and were REASSURED that we would be cool) we called to find out what we do next. We were told to come into the store and see if we could find another mattress. We went back to the store and could not find something that we liked. We were shown one mattress that was comparable to a Sterns and Foster. We did not want that as we just got rid of a Sterns and Foster that was 3.5 years old. So we asked for an refund and to have them come pick up the HELIX. They said we would have to talk to NICK who was in charge of Michigan...for weeks no return calls NOTHING! Filed a dispute with our credit card company and thank goodness we got FULL refund from credit card company. I WOULD NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING EVER AGAIN FROM ANY OF THESE STORES IN MICHIGAN. BE AWARE!

It now has piling much worse than our old couch . We went through their service request procedure and it ended up with Klingman's saying it was the manufacturer's problem and they did not cover piling. Klingman's washed their hands of the problem. We went to Klingman's to purchase a quality couch and told the sales person that we would pay extra to get fabric that would not pile. They recommended the fabric we purchased. This is not right that they are not responsible for anything that you purchase.
