I've been trying to return it for over 6 weeks and get my money back. The Springfield store people have been super nice trying to get me in touch with the ones who handle the internet and quilt show circuit. I was credited my purchase on my credit card and one week later it was charged back onto my card again. Cannot get an answer how to return the trolley either. This has been an ongoing nightmare. over 6 weeks later, I'm still dealing with it.

I called and they had the used part in stock for a very fair price and the labor cost less than the dog treats I picked up during the short wait in their store. I've never had a shop put on a tire in less time and the building is clean and comfortable; the lady working the counter and the mechanic seemed like kind, genuine people. I will always call them first after today, and would suggest that anyone in the area in need of tires do the same.

Best customer service in the ozarks!…read more Been thru two warranty repairs, both outstanding service. First was a makita cordless drill repaired in 3 days. Recently Makita 21" cordless mower repaired in under 2 weeks. Both were better after repair than when new. They help you in the door and out the door. Big box warranty experience is months waiting, phone calls, ultimately blame the user and try to charge as much as possible rather than honor warranty. That would be Best Buy, Lowes and Home Depot in my experience. Team Tools is old school customer service. As long as they keep it up will never buy anywhere else.

Now if I could just keep this little guy growing I'll make Mr. Miyagi proud. Side note, I really appreciated that Chris told us all the little things we needed to know to keep the plant going. Things that may trip up the average Joe. He didn't try to lecture us on the history of blah, blah, blah like a lot of experts in their field do. He really let our questions guide the class.
