I made the appointment wanting only thyroid and hormone treatment and I was told they do that all the time. Erica would not listen to me in the appointment and pursued things I did not ask for or want. She did not connect with me or even acknowlege all the things I've done for my health over the years. I took the time to fill out an extensive questionnaire but in the appointment she kept asking me things about what I had already filled out--what a waste of my time and money. I was not only disappointed, but very upset upon leaving there, having paid over $300 for the appointment and getting basically no help at all.

I also have taken Lakeside Medicine's cooking/healthy eating zoom class/seminar and it was amazing!! Dr Axtell went through a PowerPoint on tons of healthy eating tips and then showed us how to cook 3 or 4 recipes. I'm not used to paying anything for lab work in the past so now I have to find a lab store and this new one was in an area that I frequent daily so it's a no brainer. Daphne would be the face of the business who helped me on my first experience getting my own lab work, she was a little green her self and you could tell she was new so I was very patient so we could get through this. She was very helpful and gave me a very reasonable quote for my needs. Even though we were both a little green she made my first experience with getting outside lab work very painless and less frustrating than dealing with the hospital affiliated clinic in my neighborhood that I go to. Daphne called me to let me know that she forgot to give me my paperwork which is no big deal because I have to drive past them to go home. When I went back I meet the owner of the franchise and asked if they and Daphne were new and he said yes so I told him that Daphne did a great job with my first outside lab work experience and that I would be back in the future. I'm happy to have Ins. even though it's changed a little when I read about all crazy expensive market policies that people can't afford like a second a mortgage.

The nurse then came in and triaged us. She was nice and explained everything. We waited maybe another minute before the doctor came in. She listened to what my son was telling her and did a thorough examination. She explained next steps and what to watch for. The team was great. I was very happy at the care we received! I would highly recommend.
