I saw Dr. Terry H, To on December 13, 2013 and couldn't ask for worse weather and a better podiatrist. To back up a little bit, the public has to pay to see a podiatrist and there is a bit of snobbery between doctors and podiatrists. An initial consult costs $70 and subsequent visits cost $30. If your GP sends in a referral to the clinic, you pay nothing. Most podiatrists charge $70 per visit. Dr. To is an easy going, knowledgeable doctor who treats you like an intelligent human being. He feels very comfortable handling your feet and putting your socks on you and tying the laces. In my case, this was very much appreciated. After sending me for X-rays, an ultrasound and examining my bare foot, he diagnosed and made a plan. He treated me right there in the office (I fainted) and told me to come back in two weeks. What impressed me was that he sent his findings and treatment to my family doctor and gave me a copy for my files. But that should not be a patients problem, why it has to effect the patient? After taking hours off of my work, driving through city's traffic, my husband picking up our daughters from 2 different schools, to arrive and to be told "No, we're sorry" It was my first appointment as a new patient. I've had nothing but good…read morecustomer service from his front staff and his nurse and only once had to wait about 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment because the room they needed was not ready (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Not one person on his staff has ever been rude to me nor have I overheard them be rude to anyone else. Over the years I've learned to "trust my gut" and when I met Dr. Feldman I immediately had a good feeling about his expertise and professionalism. He is forthcoming and I never felt rushed or patronized. I would highly recommend Dr. Feldman!

He was so happy after the first procedure that he insisted going back to the same clinic for the second procedure. The clinic is competitively priced and the procedures went very well - quick and efficient. The doctor is very nice and the nurse and receptionist made my son feel at home. He looked forward to each and every visit. If we have a need in the future, we would definitely go back to this clinic.
