They towed my car in April due to a car accident. I had called my own AAA and the other guy called here and the other driver ended up taking my tow truck. So I got towed from Aces but once I called to get a receipt there would be no answer, I called every single number online to get one and from neither I got a response. Not to mention the driver of the tow truck got out and said "what were you doing? On your phone?". I told him no that the other driver is at fault and I just want my car left in my drive way. I was very unfortunate to have State Farm assign me this tow truck company. Aces high had initially said the ETA was 2:30 pm , the driver showed up at 5:30 , three hours later ! I called them every hour after the original eta time and I had trouble reaching them. The driver finally showed up and said he could not take my car because it will cause bumper damage (because of the way my car was parked). Thanks but no thanks , I ended up having another tow truck company tow my truck after waiting for three hours. I told State Farm to please remove this tow truck company as a service to local drivers as they are horrible. Please avoid this tow truck company at all costs. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would. I called roadside assistance for State Farm. I had a flat tire sitting on the side of the freeway with my 3 kids. The driver called and verified I was in the left lane of fast lane. He then proceeded in telling me the company could not assist me due to being in the left lane and that he would be calling my insurance to notify them another company needed to come out Needless to say that I sat on the freeway for over 2 hours with no assistance. My issue is that no had no empathy and did not care to further assist me. What kind of tow business is this? Update: While sitting on the side of the road waiting on my AAA tow to come. Speaking with the State Farm Representatives because they could not find my original request, they notified me that the tow driver canceled it as if I canceled it. State Farm placed another request but after sitting on the side of the road trying to get road side assistance, AAA came. I'm so disappointed to know that the diver has no integrity and was ok with me sitting on the side of the road on the freeway. He is in the wrong occupation and needs to be released from his position. If you don't want to do your job, don't waste others time. read more

I was stranded, and through my insurance carrier I called roadside assistance in, was hooked up with aces high road service. They arrived within minutes. I was fortunate that they were nearby. Jerry came out, very polite and asked me what the problem was. He immediately determined it was a battery jumpstart in my car. Explain to me what was wrong with it and told me how I should leave it running for a little bit so the battery can charge. I really appreciate his kind service so five stars highly recommend and ask for Jerry. read more

I requested a roadside assistance service and on my case, it will take about 20 mins to get to me. An hour and a half later, still no show! I called and ask if they're still coming and found out that the service I asked for was already completed. Unbelievable! I called my insurance to make sure they have it on file that Aces High Roadside Services did not show up and I did not get any kind of service from them. The Driver Michael out on their notes that they called me but I never got a call back when I called them twice (first call was after I made the service request on the app and the second call was to find out what was going on an hour and a half later) SO DISAPPOINTED THAT THIS COMPANY IS NOT RELIABLE! what if this was an emergency situation? Was assigned assistance for a flat tire at my home via my insurance. Scheduled for an 8 am appointment to come help and was notified via text then phone call shortly after 6 that the serviceman, Jerry, I believe, was en route. When I asked to please stick to the original schedule as requested as I needed to arrange some items with my work, the serviceman was very terse and seemed irritated. I was already home, when my son by accident locked the car doors, an my house keys where inside the car also. So we were locked out from home and the car at night time!! So I called my roadside help line, and they sent us a profesional, JUSTIN from Aces High Roadside Services!!! The estimate time my help line gave me was 129 MINUTES!! Can you imagine being locked out from your home and car at night with your kid??!!! JUSTIN was on the estimated time he said will be, he was there to help us before the 129 minutes. Probably 45 or 55 min after I requested the service. He was nice, patient, doing his best to open my car. I'm grateful for his service, and reliability and efficiency!!!! If negative stars were a thing, it would be -5. I was assigned this tow truck company to deliver fuel through my insurance company. I had prepaid as well. Waited over 2hrs. Per the insurance company, the driver could not locate me despite me giving very detailed direction *on the gore of x freeway right off x on ramp and x posted signs*. When my frustration passed the ceiling point, I just said eff it and took care of it myself. Despite me telling the insurance company to cancel the requested service, this sleazeball marked the job as completed in full. I asked if my signature was provided, proving point of contact was made and requested service was received. I was told no. What compounded the frustration *which is an understatement * is the fact that the driver picked up my initial call requesting to expedite the service ( but was told no due to other service requests ahead of me * which is understandable *) but he ignored the 7 calls after that when I tried to contact them because they told my insurance company that they couldn't locate me. I walked a mile to a gas station and was able to get a gallon of gas in which I completed that service all in a span of 35 mins. Oh, and I was able to make it to the gas station to fill up the tank. And it still costs less than the prepaid service. These fake 5 star reviews don't hold up when there are surmounted negative reviews, all depicting similar transactions between clients and this sad tow truck company. Do better. Or just simply don't do at all wasting all parties time. read more

Waited 2hrs20min for driver Jerry. Was given 2hr window for arrival. Driver had to go through security checkpoint to be escorted into port terminal. They waited 10min and was told by boss he couldn't wait and to leave. They reported to the insurance they waited 30 minutes which is not true. I would never recommend this tow service and I hope they are fined (not paid) for their mistake. Btw.
