I'm extremely frustrated with this business. I've spent thousands of dollars in private training and clinics for my daughter who even played on a team last year for this club. Supposedly these coaches who were training her were the best of the best, hence the very expensive fee for their clinics and also private lessons with coaches. They even encourage my daughter to try out for their Elite and Premier teams. Telling her she was good enough to make those teams and to have faith in herself. Building her up to only be let down and disappointed. With her dedication to this club and her spending 8 hours in trying out for the Premier and competition teams, she was left out to dry. The very same coaches she was having private lessons with didn't even consider her for their team. That's the way you lose customers Aces. I'll never spend another dime on you or your supposedly best coaches and clinics, all for the let down and disappointment my daughter went through at your hands. Thanks a lot for nothing. read more

Unprofessional and greedy handling of a VB tournament. I understand no food on the courts. Denying any outside food in the food area is stupid. The only food available at the facility is snacks and junk-waffles and ice cream seriously-, not suitable for 100's of girls needing quality food with no time to leave. Then, besides the team fees, families were charged a gate fee as well. Not recommended! read more

This place is terrible. 1) They have two workout areas and one of them is fairly decent but of course they always have courses being taught in that area and you can never use it. 2) The other area you can use to workout is at best the equivalent of a hotel gym and usually its so crowded that you can't use any of the machines and weights that you need. 3) SHOWERS!!! Are you kidding me. There are 2 men's showers - 2. When you shower make sure you are comfortable brushing up against other naked guys because the room is tiny. The other fantastic fact is that 70% of the time the water is cold. My guess is that they have 1 water 30 gallon water heater for the entire facility. 4) You'd think a place like this would be a cut-rate amount, but no they charge more than most of the other facilities. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! So many other options out there. They will most likely be out of business in a few months based on the way i've seen it managed thus far. read more

Cancelled my gym membership 6 months ago and still getting charged, despite following up several times both via phone and email. Finally had to dispute the credit card charges and pursue legal action. Still hoping to get refunded. Beware their unethical financial practices. read more
