As one might expect, weddings are not something we deal with every day and are a highly stressful moment and he was always a step ahead with a solution to a problem or a suggestion to improve the big day. He even helped our photographers when they were struggling. Our video from that night is our most cherished item and really captured the event. He accommodated my special requests and not only delivered, but overdelivered. If you are considering videographers, don't hesitate. He is busy, so book him early. We almost missed out, but by the grace of whatever higher being, he got a cancellation and was able to work our wedding on relatively short notice. They coordinated with our photographer and were so easy to work with. They were always in the background and never in the way. In the end we received just under an hour long bluray disc that captured our wedding day. The ceremony and reception were at different locations and Langdon Video had zero issues with coordinating with us and our vendors. I really appreciate how detailed they were in making sure all of the important moments were included in our disc. It's something I highly recommend every couple includes in their budget. Having this disc is something my wife and I and our family will enjoy for the rest of our lives. Early on in the wedding planning process I thought that a photographer would be sufficient. She did respond quickly. I asked for a studio session a week in advance. She was booked for the weekends. You have to book the weekends 3-4 weeks in advance. We settled for a Wednesday (12 days in advance) at 1pm. I picked this day because I would have help with my daughters outfit changes and driving with my boyfriend. I was preparing to be late to work and all. All I cared about was the quality of the pictures. Since this was all communicated through email I figured it was set in stone. I paid my $50 in advance to save the date. Morning of the appointment I checked my email to find that she had booked me the previous Wednesday and was unable to fit me in that day. I didn't know that she tried to contact me to tell me she booked me for the wrong day until that morning. She said she could get me in early the following day. I just took it even though there would be no help for me (or natural light like she said) because my daughters birthday was literally 4 days after the appointment. Since the studio is far from my home I woke up my daughter at about 7:30am. She's only 3 so she was grumpy and didn't want to smile. I tried my best. But it didn't happen. The pictures were not worth the $100 studio price. I didn't buy any prints. Basically wasted my time and money. Plus she said that I would have my gallery ready in 2 weeks and I didn't get mine until 17 days after the appointment. Huge disappointment.
