I profusely apologized and offered to pay him for coming out and he wouldn't hear of it because "That's not how he does business." Brett is friendly at first but once they are done and have your money, he really doesn't want to deal with you anymore! I would also think he would leave some documentation advising on what to do with a newly seeded yard like: fertilizing, watering, mowing, follow up etc. The seeding was patchy in some areas and the ground very rough in others! I contacted him twice, he pretty much blew me off! They got the job done fast but, I think it was TOO fast! He was all about getting done ASAP, he was even Kind of rude to his employees to work faster in the heat! He was a little cheaper, I guess I know why! It's not easy or cheap to re-do a yard, it's a long term investment! I will have to fix mine next year I guess. I've already spent several hundred dollars overseeing my yard, that's sad...I spent a lot of money with him! If I treated my customers like he did, I would be out of business!
