Their cart system is extremely flawed and never sent me any kind of receipt after I paid via paypal. Even the paypal receipt has no details of what I ordered. When I emailed them, it took 48 hrs to get any reply and they said they have no record of me ordering a motherboard, so they only sent me the ram on my order. They claim that someone else must have ordered the motherboard+cpu combo at the same time so when my order went through it was already sold out. Their system still allowed me to proceed and make full payment via paypal. The other thing that is fishy is that the same item I ordered that they claim is sold out is on ebay for $18 more and the listing says they have 8 of them. My latest emails have not gotten any response. If you order anything from these guys, I recommend taking screenshots of each order page and paying with credit card not paypal. I am not looking forward to have to deal with paypal on this.

No one ever answers their phones, service tickets and e-mails go unanswered, messages left on their VM are not responded to... When you run a web-based business, downtime is not an option. You'd think these guys would be aware of this. But for some reason, they just do not seem to care anymore. I am very much considering changing my hosting company, and I strongly suggest all of you do as well.

At this point, I'd take less, but throw me a bone Ed. Just throw me a bone and don't ignore me. If you can't come up with a few hundred dollars after 8 months, you shouldn't be in business. PS: I've now contacted BBB of Calgary and I encourage any other past customers of SaveonHosting/Telligent to do so as well.

Then comes Kayla - probably the rudest person I've had to deal with in a long time. Emma was going to Nashville for a singing competition, and I was to stick with Kayla. In her answering machine, it clearly stated that if you cant reach her, TEXT her at some number. By the way, she NEVER replies her phone (which makes you wonder why she even has one) and I was left texting and hearing back from her hours later. Of course, they have a 24h cancellation policy and I wanted to hike the next day. Because of her not answering on time, I "cancelled within the 24 h policy" that I argued with her over text - again, because she just doesnt answer her call. I finally get a call from Kayla and I felt like it was my ex psycho girlfriend yelling at me. I stayed quiet in disbelief and texted her "great customer service" at the end.
