The unprofessionalism from this "woman" is astounding. I tried booking an appointment for my little sister for a rook and a double cartilage piercing because she has been working hard saving up tip money to treat herself to something nice. She already has many piercings to begin with.
I mistakenly typed my number in wrong on the form and her hostility began when the incorrect number kept leaving her on read. The attitude then continued when I receive an email regarding the cancellation of the appointment so I reached out to ask why. It does not make sense to cancel an appointment, refund their deposit, make a potential customer go through the process again, just for you to belittle them?
I apologized for entering the wrong number as I was just wanting to make sure my 16 year old sister was set. She spoke to me as if I were a child making the appointment and I'm 30 and mentioned that our mom would be there to sign in the original form, which she clearly overlooked just to be negative......She continues to go on about not reading the "reading the requirement to reach out if the piercing is for a minor", well the Rook and Double Cartilage option I chose doesn't say that. The screenshot she sent me doesn't even show the option I selected, which I've attached from the original acceptance email. So if you're going to be obnoxious, rude and unprofessional, at least make sure your website is reflecting the correct information.
The real hypocrisy lies in your last belittling text: " Hopefully this has been helpful to you going forward to get your kid sister body modifications." Isn't your business all about body modifications?
This place is outrageously overpriced too. $250 for 3 piercings? More like $140 everywhere else that actually has kind staff... read more
