Arrived promptly and gave me an estimate that I thought was fair, better than the two previous estimates I received from companies who only based their estimates on the number of windows I stated in an email. Secured an appointment for later that week. They arrived slightly before the appointed time, ready to roll. Estimated 2 hours. Took just less than that. Windows were spotless. Screens cleaned. Better than I've ever had with other companies I've used in the past 9 years. They even doubled checked all the windows for possible streaks before calling the job complete. Very fair pricing. Highly recommend.

Obviously it was putting the company out by asking again. This business must have too much business to give a customer a second quote. I feel this reply was uncalled for and will take my business elsewhere. I would recommend everyone else do so too.
