Price accuracy is very poor. I stay away unless I have to. Several items have rung up higher than the price on the shelf.

Service is generally very slow when I go, so be sure to set aside 10-15 minutes just for the checkout experience. Also be prepared to know what you are going for in advance and also where it may be located. Finding an employee to help is nearly impossible, and many are not sure where items are either.

Manager would not even listen to what I had to say, basically telling me that frames break at the bridge is not a defect & I must pay $80 to get them replaced. They spoke to me as if I were a child in front of everyone in the store. I'm a 62yr old vet & DID NOT appreciate that, uncalled for. A month later they finally replaced them, for free. Poor customer service & unprofessional behavior from this store. Go somewhere else.
