Went to pick up a firearm that I ordered through RKGuns. After more than three weeks, I called to…read moresee if it was there because I never got the email that RKGuns said that it would send me when it arrived. The person in that dept said it was there so I went the next day to pick it up. The three young guys there in that dept seemed much more interested in looking at some new pistols that they got in than dealing with my issue. It was like I was a bother. I won't go over the whole ordeal, but I wound up having to go home and come back again in an attempt to get my firearm. When I got there for the second time, the three stooges were attempting to open the safe that my gun was being kept in. They never did, at least while I was there. Again, they had absolutely no interest in me or my issue. Now I still don't have my gun and will have to go back a THIRD time if I wish to retrieve it. If I ever decide to go back there to get my firearm that I have already paid for, it will be the last time I go back.

East side store customer service even called multiple times since they knew the wrong item was dropped off while I was not home. Despite claiming the driver would return with the correct item, after a week no driver showed up. Customer service now says the mixup was responsibility of the delivery service not Lowe's. Where on Lowe's delivery screen does it state Lowe's bears no responsibility for delivery? Never buy anything for delivery from Lowe's, and think twice about doing business with them at all with this attitude.
