The sink and dish washer backed up almost all the time. I was told by a girl in customer service that I or my wife must have done something to the unit. We had the unit replaced after a year of nonsense. The installer showed me two rolls of electric tape used the hold the unit in place. He also showed me that the hose was incorrectly installed. I may buy at Lowes. But only if I have no other choice. I will NEVER have someone from Lowes install anything again.
