Good thing I did today, after paying $19.00 to have a zipper REPLACED on a pair of pants, I checked their work and found that the original zipper was still on the pants and had not been replaced. I ask the person in charge why and was informed that the cleaners couldn't replace the zipper!! OK then why did you charge me and let me walk out the door? Did they just want to steal $19.00 from me? After being informed that the zipper wasn't replaced, I was offered a refund (OH THANKS). I will not be using their services in the future.

Recently I took 3 cashmere sweaters for dry cleaning, they too came back smelling like a French whorehouse...it's DRY CLEANING! HOW CAN THEY SMELL LIKE CHEAP PERFUMED FABRIC SOFTENER?!?!? Now I have to pay another cleaner to get the stench out...it's like the Seinfeld episode where Jerry's car is funked up with BO by the valet...avoid this place at all costs...
