Andy was quick to reply with a cost and (as I'm a bit OCD and get anxious about holiday arrangements as well as a few changes of circumstances in our party) I emailed Andy several times before pick up to make various changes to the booking which must have driven him mad but nothing was ever too much trouble and the replies were always quick and courteous! David was our driver for both the outbound and return journeys and proved a good, safe driver and excellent company! I have made several complaints and have been refunded on one occasion..however having been overcharged again I have had enough..am still waiting for a call back.I was charged £4.70 for a journey that is never more than £3.50/£3.70.It was a visit to the Drs so I just took the right money for the fare..thanks to them I had to walk back .I suffer from Emphysema and had to go to bed when I got home.Some of the drivers are helpful and will help with shopping and help you in the car...but they are too few.Yellow Star..remember..We have choices.
