I told her you work there so it should be easy. She had an attitude and spoke to me in a demeaning voice the entire conversation. I had to reroute the conversation and ask her to slow down and change her tone of voice. She appeared to be irritated that I was not responding in the manner she wanted, in attempting to find a solution to my problem. I ended up ending the call and telling her she was not helpful if I needed further assistance I would call back and speak with another representative. I was blown away by how rude and unhelpful she was. Never have I had this experience with a customer service representative at a bank. I'm not happy that I have to bank with this company. I've been in contact with Fast CU for several days now trying to resolve an issue with my card, and…read moreI'm extremely disappointed with how things have been handled. At one point it seemed like we had found a solution, but nothing has actually been fixed--and now I'm once again without access to my own card. What makes this even more frustrating is that no one has been able to clearly explain what's going on. My card keeps autocorrecting to an expired date, which prevents me from using it while I wait for the replacement. Every time I've asked for clarification, I'm met with uncertainty or inconsistent answers. I've tried to get in touch with Ellen, the EVP, hoping someone at a higher level could actually help, but I haven't been able to reach her. At this point, I'm out of options and extremely dissatisfied with the lack of communication and support. I'm posting this in hopes that Fast CU takes this seriously and improves how they handle situations like this, because the experience so far has been unacceptable.

We should be able to walk in, say I have an online fraud issue and be seen promptly. Would appreciate a call from the bank manager at 559-772-6695
