It's more of a dimly lit corner in a very sketchy liquor store. I just so happen to see the very bright black and yellow Western Union sign in a window out of the corner of my eye. So we tried to turn into the parking lot but it's a damn near impossible right to make. ESPECIALLY at the last minute if u don't know its there (which we did not). So we had to park somewhere else and walk to it. I do not have a lot of experience with Western Unions but I know there's got to be better looking and more conveniently located ones than this. I filled in some paper work with the few answers that I knew and handed over my ID and they handed me my money. That part, at least, was easy. Especially since I didn't know my transfer number or location and the amount since my dad called himself wiring money to me as a surprise for Christmas. So it seems that as long as you have your ID, they can help you. But this was only after standing in the main line of the liquor store just for them to point me into the Western Union corner which is actually a counter in between some fridges filled with malt liquor. The service is questionable, the location is questionable, the clientele is questionable. Avoid this Western Union like the plague.

Inside, you will find some random snack, snacks, and drink drinks, a ton of smoking supplies, a various types, Western Union booth, and a lottery/horse racing/betting area. When I need to send funds to my fam in other countries, I stop in. The Western Union is in the back. There used to be a man who worked at that booth. Now, there is a young woman who is pleasant enough. My biggest complaints about this place are the clientele and where it's situated.

I have been with credit unions for years, so I decided to try a bank. I absolutely love everything…read moreabout this bank. I haven't applied for any loans or credit cards yet. So if apply and get denied, I may not like it as much LOL. But seriously, this bank is cool. I love their ATM machines, they are so fancy. You can do the same transactions at the machine that you can do at the teller window. I love the fact that you can choose your denominations at the ATM. You can have the option of getting $10 bills. This is the only ATM that I have ever been to that gives you $10 bills, so I was extremely impressed. Also, there mobile app is very user friendly. You can even apply for a additional account or loan through the mobile app. I just say those two because when I was at a credit union, they didn't have that feature. Also when you deposit mobile checks or checks in the ATM they do not put a extended hold on them. I love that too.

Went an hour after opening on a Saturday, and there was already a line almost to the entrance. The…read morelobby/line is pretty small (there is a seating area with a few individual chairs that's a bit wider than the actual line). When I went, it was pretty much a cluster with no clear directions from staff on which line to go into (the first window was specifically for business accounts but this wasn't made clear so non-business customers were accidentally waiting in that line). It was almost as bad as going to the DMV. Total there's 4 windows, but when I went only 2 of the windows were open for the majority of customers. 1 window was only for business accounts and the window next to it was only helping those needing to withdraw cash (even when they didn't have any customers they were unable to help the rest of the customers waiting). There is a small parking lot wrapped around the building, when entering though be sure you don't accidentally get in the drive thru lane. If you're in a rush, wouldn't recommend this location. If you're willing to wait, bring something to drink and/or read.
