Unprofessional and they do not have any customer service experience. This is not their company, so they do not care to assist the customer.
My experience was so bad and a waste of my short 30 minute lunch break. I had to call their corporate office to complain. You can't fuck up this many times.
#1. Prior to visiting the location I asked specific question to ensure I would not waste a trip.
#2. When called in I asked Ivan (rep) to look into my file to see what I would need for a loan (returning customer) and explained to him my check was deposited. He stated all I needed was a bank statement/proof the check cleared (all I heard was laughter in the back ground while he put me on hold, so I was concerned that he had NOT looked into my file).
#3. I asked Ivan what my name was, he stood silent. I asked him if he looked into my file and he laughed and said no. I repeated my name and again, asked him to please check what I would need to re-take out a loan and the day my check was sent in the bank (sometimes, with payday loans businesses, if they deposit your check, it takes up to 5 days in order to be approved on a new loan). I just wanted to ensure what I needed so I wouldn't waste a trip. He gets back on the phone and again says all you need is a bank statement.
#5. I asked to speak to the manager (Marian Rodriguez) to see if she could over write this, she confirmed I would only need to bring in a bank statement because the check had gone in and it was less than 5 days ago and needed proof of clearance.
#6. I was a HUGE obstacle to obtain the bank statement, however, made to Ace to process the loan with a very short lunch window.
#7. When I arrived, the manager was eating a bowl of noodles in the background laughing away with a friend (basically the friend was just hanging out while they were supposed be working) and they both sneaked into a small back storage room when I walked in, where you can hear them laughing in the background (very unprofessional).
#8. Ivan then assisted me and I handed him my bank statement, my blank check , and he started to process the paper work.
#9. As he's processing the paper, he starts to talk to the manger and the female who are in the back room; they start making fum of an Albino customer who had came in that day. He was like "Ivan said; "Wow!!! I have never seen one before...laughed, said yeah, they're called Albinos.,how weird"!!!, and the females kept laughing with him. He then stated, "Imagine if he does it with a black girl"?!!!!! These were very racist remarks and borderline law suit!!! I was so offended by their conduct and remarks. Is this company ok with Bigots representing them?
#10. Ivan then hands me a form and laughs and says, "Sorry! You were denied"?!!! WTF? I was livid after I read the form as to the reasons why,...YOU FUCKEN IDIOTS!!!! I HAD TO WAIT 5 DAYS TILL I CAN GET OUT A NEW LOAN?!!! who trains these shit heads?! I asked specifically for stipulations?!!!!! They must not understand clear English. Should I have said it in SPANGLISH. They were obviously too distracted with their Friday chill mode and more concerned with hanging out instead of working and helping their customers. Get your head out of your ass and earn your dollar.
#11. When I asked the rep who assisted me name he said, Ivan. I asked for his last name; he refused. I asked to speak with the manager, he stated she was on lunch. I asked what time she will return. He said 30 min. I asked at what time she left, he said I don't have to share that with you. I asked for the managers name, "he said I don't have to give that to you". This bitch is hiding now in the back room with her friend quiet as can be. I noticed her business cards on the counter and grabbed one. I said her name; Marian Rodriguez, and I asked for then corporate number. After Ivan provide me with the number, I ask for the regional's name, he again refused to say.
#12. You would have thought the back room caught on fire because this bitch (Marian Rodriguez) jumped out ready to fight! "Call duh manayer!!! Call duh manayer!! she kept shouting. She started shooshing me out of the place when all I asked was to address my complaint with her, not with Ivan who obviously needs serious training on the ACE protocol. His "Manayer" obviously lacks training herself. Maybe Ace needs to go back to their hand outs and provide them with the basic proper training. read more
