They had contacted me as I had some of their products previously and asked if I wanted to make any updates. Indeed I did! I talked at length with them over the phone and email and then scheduled an appointment to come in. I was greeted by the front-desk with a smile and offered coffee. I wasn't waiting long before Chris Ellman greeted me with a handshake and brought us into his office to talk options. If you've ever been in the market for life insurance before, it's has many complex and exotic products. I left far more educated on what they have to offer. After two meetings in person, we signed our John Hancocks and were satisfied with the customer service we received. On a side note, Chris chatted with us about our backgrounds and his and learned that we are looking to sell one of our cars. He asked permission to pass that around and within a few days one of his friends called me to check out the car. He really goes out of his way to make the business transaction personal. Thanks, Chris!
