The woman that answered was very nice and helpful. She set an appointment for me to pick the vehicle up for an hour later. I showed up and thegentleman that came out to assist us was very friendly. My circumstance was very rare but they were very informative and understanding. They made sure we were able to look over the vehicle and belongings. They made sure we understood everything I was signing and the process that occurred. I know they had nothing to do with the mistake. They were just doing their jobs.
