He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet.
