I have 2 boxes of the flooring that can be used to do the repairs. The manager states that she has called the guy who installed my floors every time I call but he has yet to reach out to me. I have called 7 times. 5 times I spoke to the manager and twice I had to leave a message, my call was not returned either time. I also sent an email through their web site on September 17th with no response as of yet. I feel that my flooring, which I spent a lot of money on, should last more than 3 years.
