This is the first review I've ever posted on yelp, but people need to…read moreknow the brief experience I had dealing with them before they have to go through the same mess. I called on a Tuesday morning because I was searching for a mobile truck repair service in the area. And they were only 8 miles down the road from the job site we were working at. Told him we were in desperate need of getting an on-site dump truck a complete service and possibly all new brakes and the truck was not currently road legal so I needed on-site repair. He told me definitely not a problem he would get with his service manager and get right back with me. Never heard anything the rest of the day. I called again Wednesday morning and spoke with the same guy, he apologized and said he was still waiting to get with his service manager and he promised to call me right back once again. Never heard back again all day Wednesday. So Thursday morning I started looking up different companies in the area and thought I was calling one when all of a sudden I realized I had called back the same place for the third day in a row. I told that same guy that I accidentally called him, that I was meaning to call someplace else and I didn't mean to call them again, because obviously they were not interested in coming out and doing the work. Once again he apologized and said he could definitely be out either Friday or Saturday morning that they were just really busy. Normally I wouldn't be so desperate as to take this guys word after the last few days. But I could not find another mobile truck service that was that close on that short of a notice. I told him I would bring the guys in on Saturday morning and we would get the dump truck ready if he was for sure going to be there. Not sure why after all of this I believed a word he had to say. But he assured me he had all the parts and everything needed to fix the truck also that morning I had realized another truck of ourshad come up needing a new axle seal, so I mentioned that as well and he said they could come out Saturday morning and fix all of them and said they could be there by 7 AM. He had done work on this job site before and we both knew that I would have to escort him through security at the gate to be able to get into the site. I brought my crew in Saturday morning and started getting the trucks set up so he would have easy access to them to repair. By 10 AM I still had not heard anything from him. So I called and he answered and said they had a emergency call that morning but they were ready to head out the door to come work on our trucks. Long story longer, we never seen or heard from him all day Saturday. Who does business like this? I literally will not ever recommend them or call them for anything ever again. To top it all off, I had plans on Saturday night and was up late, but got woke up to this same guy at 7 AM on a Sunday morning literally blowing my cell phone off the hook calling repeatedly! Wanting to come out and work on the trucks. Are you kidding me!?

I can't begin to say how thankful I am for another mechanic shop that didn't want to touch my issue…read morewith my car..GAVE ME RIGGS...I called him and told him what I got going on. He was in the next city about maybe 40 minutes to hour away. **IT'S ALMOST CLOSING TIME FOR MECHANICS**..He told me YES. The shop that I called was in walking distance THEY DID NOT EVEN WANT TO TOUCH IT. I CLEARLY understood why. RIGGS showed up and blessed me in a beautiful way. My situation was very ugly. He deserved more than what he charged me. That was a tremendous blessing for me too...I just spent too many hundreds to get my MAINTENANCE done. I was looking thousands after the MAINTENANCE was done and the company would NOT admit they did something WRONG TERRIBLY. I knew RIGGS was not going to be able to fix the issue only because of what my car did. HE SHOWED UP AND BLESSED MY DAY FAR MORE. HE DIDN'T WANT TO TOUCH EITHER .....I clearly understood why. HE STILL TOOK THE TRIP AND HE TOOK TIME TO LOOK AT IT AFTER BUSINESS HOURS. HE GAVE ME EVERYTHING I NEEDED TO KNOW. The shop down the street didn't want me to bring car my there. They could have done the same thing....They were still a blessing to me because they gave me RIGGS...I'm gone call them tomorrow and thank the guy I talked to. My day was upside downside double wide UGLY. I'm smiling and profiling and will be dialing and filing with beautiful styling. LOL! My car is dead and I'm ok. I'M TRULY THANKFUL. I LOVE MR RIGGS. HE IS A BLESSING. HE GETS INFINITY STARS .. Because I didn't know what I was going to do. I was stranded and had to walk. I was injured. I am so beyond thankful for this company! We were left stranded waiting on a tow from AAA that…read morenever came for over three hours. A family member asked if we had tried Riggs so we gave them a call and they were there within half an hour and got us safely on the way. It's so hard to find an honest, hardworking company these days and I am so glad I found Riggs Roadside Assistance for the next time I need a tow or have a dead battery! Highly recommend.

I'm giving 2 stars because they were given the incorrect measurements and the wrong size was delivered for install. Archie quickly worked to get the correct door and installed same day. The issue was the quaily of work and the nonchalant attitude of Julie. What i will not tolerate is someone insulting my intelligence. The door is not properly aligned making it tight on one side. I'm sure all the cosmetic issues after taking the old door out and putting a new one in is not the installer responsibility but still not pleased with the install. This is what happens when you're trying to take care of things for your parents and you live 3000 miles away. This was another lesson learned at my expense.
