A friend also experienced significant damage to their truck here 1-2 weeks ago. In both cases, the business refused to take responsibility. Also, my friend was told by this business that they had another lady who also reported damage to her car about the same time he reported his damage, and unfortunately for her, she had major damage to a super nice car. I'm disappointed by the lack of accountability and will be sharing my experience with others, filing a complaint with the BBB, and submitting a claim to the Attorney General's Office. Thankfully, there is another competing carwash next door to their North Gloster, Tupelo location that my family and I can trust with our business moving forward. It is brand new business and has better state of the art equipment. No more worries with super short vacuum hoses and damage done to our vehicles.

He says, "Yeah move it out of the way like now" So, I proceeded to put the towel and everything away with the intention to leave altogether. I've gone there several times on a Saturday closer to 8:30am and it was closed. The vacuums are hit and miss. Typically, I end up driving to 4 or 5 vacuums before I find one that works. The pay station where you enter seldom works the first time you insert a credit card. Someone has to typically come from inside to assist with getting the gate to open. I just don't feel this location is managed well. You could say it's always hit or miss when visiting this location

I finally gave them a call to try to set up an appointment and was informed that they "don't book online anymore." That's problematic since their website says nothing about that and directs visitors to an online booking page that lets you submit all your details and then tells you someone will reach out to you. In the course of trying to set up the appointment over the phone I was asked to repeat myself about 10 times before I just gave up and hung up the phone. Not sure if the guy on the phone was busy doing something else or just had headphones in or what. Anyway, found another service locally that I was able to book with online within about 60 seconds of getting to their website. Couldn't speak to how well they clean cars, but it if it's anything like how the book appointments I'd assume you're going to be disappointed with that as well.

Destiny made comments such as, "I'm just done with all these people" and "I'm over all these people" when we asked when our vehicles would be completed. My understanding is the the one gentleman had been waiting over an hour and a half - two hours past the time he expected and she was mad he asked for an update? When she went outside, my family members that were waiting for me in their car, heard her talking about me to other employees and other customers! This is UNACCEPTABLE. In addition, she made an error in checking me out, so she told me I would not be charged for the addition. After I left - without notifying me - she charged my debit card the addiontional charges. When I called to ask why, I was hung up on three times in a row. I sent a message to the text message and asked the question; her response that she should have asked management first and she was going to charge it anyway. Again - UNACCEPTABLE! I was not even told this before they charged this to my card. We have a second vehicle to get done. After her rude and unacceptable behavior and the way she talked about me, I will find another business establishment. I hate it for the employees that do the work. She ruined it for the us all.
