I have a Year 2000 Lance Camper with the original Propane Generac Generator... It is 24 years old…read morenow and the generator runs for 3-4 minutes and dies like someone hit the kill switch... ViaRV mobile tech came by to look at it... He was able to adjust the idle speed and like magic it keeps running now! I asked him to do the 50 hour maintenance valve adjustment and he didn't know where to start... It turns out he has limited experience on these generators... So I knocked off one star for not having the skill/knowledge to do the maintenance... But he was nice enough to give me a 6 month warranty on the work he did complete... He charged $150 for his travel, and one hour of labor time for his adjusting of the idle... Not perfect, but good enough...
