Called this location to get information and was hung up on not once but twice. Asked one question…read morethe first time and the guy says thanks for calling and hangs up on me. I called back and told the man whose name was Frank that I had another question and that he had just hung up on me and he hung up again. This was very rude considering I was very polite and just had a simple question! my boyfriend called to ask the question next and he was hung up on also. Very poor customer service. Will never use this location or any all season self storage and would not suggest any one use them either. If this is how they treat a potential customer I would hate to see how they actually treat customers who have units.

They don't accept credit/debit cards. They're not open on the weekends and have no emergency…read morecontact information. So when they wrongfully locked my unit I could not move over the weekend bc I couldn't get ahold of anyone to take the lock off. They tried billing me again for the next month after I closed my account and emptied my unit with them. They seem to have poor communication with each other. Cost me a lot of time and money having to push my move to the following Monday. They didn't seem apologetic for this problem either. I also saw bugs and there had been mice in my things in the unit. I would not recommend using this place.
