Just ask for a sales clerk to help you. MJ totally went above and beyond for me. I got boots, a trenchcoat, and I even bought my mom a really nice wrap over poncho. Some of the items are marked down 50% off and then they have additional tag sales that are 40 50 and 60% off the sticker price. One trenchcoat would normally cost $2600+ I got everything for under $1400. This place is totally legit if you can make it it's worth a trip. They have bags, accessories, men's, and women's stuff. I found the perfect purse at a great price for a designer purse. This store has a great selection of purses, accessories, and clothes. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The reason I am writing this review is let people know that the Wi-Fi is not the best in this area of town. I had to wait in the store to call Uber because as soon as I walked outside I lost coverage. Both drop off and pickup had to be done on the main street and not in front of the Burberry Outlet.

This is one of the largest shopping malls in all of Europe and I can totally see why. With over 350 stores and almost 2 million square feet of retail floor space, a shopaholic could go mad in here! I mean, can you imagine? Each time walking in here to explore a different store. I'm a makeup addict, and the first thing that I noticed was that this mall had a Morphe store! They don't have too many Morphe stores in my area, and this one was one of the largest that I've ever seen. I also went into the NYX store which was big and beautiful. The store associates were so sweet! I think they knew that I wasn't from the UK, but they were still really nice. This mall also has a really large food court with tons of options. I found a cute little creperie there where I had breakfast one morning. The Stratford Station is walking distance from the entrance, and the pedestrian bridges make it so easy to access. This mall has everything from luxury retailers to department stores, financial institutions, high end tech shops and even grocery shops. It's gigantic. It's a bit out of the way from Central London but a dream for those who love to shop and explore. I would love to come back one day to explore more of their 300+ shops.

They sell all sorts of interesting jewellery and hair accessories. The products thus far appear to be of good quality but do come at a price: 1 hair clip with a flower on it cost about 18 GBP. Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member with a small fake flower and upon leaving I had a choice of a 'gift' of a little 10 page notebook or some sort of small satin satchel. I find these 'gift' gestures a bit gimmicky and would prefer less free 'gifts' and perhaps passing that savings on to the consumer in the price of the products. I'm docking 2 stars because there was an offer at the front of the store indicating if you bought 3 items, you received a 20% discount. I picked 2 of the 18 pound hair clips and a headband and was informed at the register that my 2 hairclips only counted as 1 item, because they were on offer for 2 for 30 pounds. I saw this as a really round-about way of cheating a customer out of an expected savings when they've already queued up to pay. That said, I'll give one star back because the staff were very friendly and even got me a new hair clip when they noticed that the one I chose wasn't quite clicking together as it should have. The Aquascutum store here is not exactly super fashionable and hyper-trendy clothing but if you work in the dark-suit industries like banking and finance and need quality, professional clothes, then Aquascutum is your best bet. Trench coats which will last you forever, slacks, shirts, belts and accessories, you can find it all here without having to pay thousands of dollars or pounds. The sales associates are not snooty at all and in fact are very friendly.
