Every time I do, there is a short line that moves quickly. The customer service is always great, they are always able to fulfill every request! I often call in advance, to make sure I can get what I need, and it is easy to get a hold of a representative over the phone as well. The inside of this location is nice and quiet, and professional. There are bathrooms, which are kept clean. Overall, I've had a great experience banking here, and have you even found the best rate for my mortgage a few years ago! Highly recommend banking with NFCU.

Chase seems to do everything it can to avoid letting customers talk to actual people. I tried several times to get through to a person at this branch but was completely blocked. The final voice said they were sorry but everyone was helping someone and call back later or call this 800 number which was said too fast to memorize. I had a simple question that someone at the branch could have answered. Instead I got the recorded voice runaround. Now I will have to drive there to get a person to answer my question. Upon my last such transaction the President of Marketing asked me to come to his office where he proceeded to question my banking transactions with  all kinds of questions which to me seemed to imply that I was doing something that was wrong/illegal and apparently was definitely not to their liking.  Because I got upset at his line of questioning and my answers that he further would act on his implications that I was not doing "Normal" banking activities and would close my account.  He stated the bank could do this as they did not have to do business with anyone they did not want to do business with...reinforcing his implications that I was somehow an undesirable customer.
