If u have blue cross blue shield insurance you might as well not go here because u will get charged every visit no matter what kind of visit it is and they will even change you for the shots u need...tried to charge me 178 for a shot and I'm insured EVEN tho when I call my insurance they say if they are in the network the clinic shouldn't charge but when I speak with the clinic they say they are in the network but just not vaccines! Makes no sense. Wasting time while I waited over a month to get seen on a late night. So how about tell people they are not covered there so they don't waste their time going to your clinics and both clinic and insurance get your stuff together.

Instead of double checking or trying to resolve it, the front desk employee simply turned us away after we had already gone through the check-in process. It was a complete waste of time and incredibly frustrating, especially having to bring my child in just to be turned away like that. This should have been verified before check-in, especially for a family that has been established with this office for years. The way it was handled was rude and lazy.
