The lady that did eventually help (Nikita) when asked to look at a photo and say if she thought a design we had picked out complimented the outfit replied "I don't know, we need to see the outfit, we can't say without seeing it"... then continued to just stand there and stare whilst I scrambled around trying to find something. Simply put - don't go in here if you're looking for bespoke friendly service. I left feeling upset and frustrated - something I would not wish on another bride to be.
