It's not quite as "shoreditch" as the window displays would have you believe, though. The upside to this particular cut and style is that it fits a wider range of people (pun intended? no). For me though personally, not very flattering so I skipped on most of the items I adored on the racks. but did end up with one very lovely summery dress that will be very nice for work, chiming in at £78. It's flowy, not boxy -- big difference! However ACCESSORIES. This is where it's at in the Relax Garden, my dears. Earrings, necklaces, scarves, sunglasses...all very inexpensive. I snagged a gorgeous pair of triangle earrings, a summer scarf, a headband (we'll see how that goes) and was truly delighted at the options. It's a very small shop. The women are friendly and somewhat over involved in the experience. I am sure they are happy to help, but I do prefer a bit more space. I am sure if I had just told them that they would've left me to it. They've been open 10 years. They are doing something right! The clothes are well made and not nearly as expensive as I had anticipated. Everyone knows that Japanese people are unquestionably the best dressers in the world, so Japanese designers are generally a safe bet. I like this store because it looks very expensive, but isn't. They stock an interesting selection of garment designs in great colours and fabrics. They also have some beautiful leather bags and very cool jewellery. My favourite piece in the shop this season is a bright orange, button up jersey vest. Every time I have been in here the staff have been friendly and welcoming, happy to give what seem like genuine opinions on the outfits I choose and in return, I usually pick something temporarily wardrobe and life changing for about £50. It's around the same price as Topshop but with the added bonus of knowing you probably won't walk into a party wearing the same dress as everybody else.

Upon entering, I was greeted by a staff member with a small fake flower and upon leaving I had a choice of a 'gift' of a little 10 page notebook or some sort of small satin satchel. I find these 'gift' gestures a bit gimmicky and would prefer less free 'gifts' and perhaps passing that savings on to the consumer in the price of the products. I'm docking 2 stars because there was an offer at the front of the store indicating if you bought 3 items, you received a 20% discount. I picked 2 of the 18 pound hair clips and a headband and was informed at the register that my 2 hairclips only counted as 1 item, because they were on offer for 2 for 30 pounds. I saw this as a really round-about way of cheating a customer out of an expected savings when they've already queued up to pay. That said, I'll give one star back because the staff were very friendly and even got me a new hair clip when they noticed that the one I chose wasn't quite clicking together as it should have. Oh and the music in the store was kickin'!
