We used the opportunity to bundle both our home and auto. Both home and new auto were discussed in great detail. I had a minor fender bender last week and CM&C is denying the claim. My wife started the process and let them know the insurance card didn't list the truck. They say we never "properly" informed them of the new purchase. When asked to refund the payments we have made for service they did not provide...they also denied. This is our second issue with coverage from this group. We are hiring an attorney but I would steer clear of this group at all costs. There has to be comparably priced organizations that aren't so dishonest.

Just a tip, bring in a driver's license, utility bill or bank statement when you are getting license plate and title. Process went smoothly, takes about 20 minutes to do everything. I came in at 9:00 am on a Saturday. There was no wait. If you bring the title with you, the paperwork gets processed in about a week. If the bank has the title, then you have to wait on them so it could take a little longer. There are five agents here,some who are Spanish speaking agents here as well. They have traditional business hours, except half day on Wednesdays and Saturdays. They do both personal and commercial insurance here, a ton of different groups, from Nationwide and Progressive to American Access and Founders, and about twenty more. They are very friendly and efficient staff. It's also very clean, and bathroom on site. Pleasure to do business with them.

Worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. Hopefully…read morethe old employees no longer there, never have I had such issues with an ins provider. I was in an accident in Utah, while traveling to my new home on the west coast. I ended up stranded in slc for two weeks, somehow, my full coverage policy did not include a rental in the case of an accident, when I called about getting the vehicle repaired, the genius in the suggested that it was time for me to "cut your trip short, and come back home" as if she were then end all-be all of ins providers. No one could tell me why my full coverage policy was changed to exclude rental vehicles. I was basically driving across the country in a vehicle with ins that hardly covered anything, after having sat down with the broker and telling them what I wanted. Where did all the $ go that I was paying to wise way? On leaving Utah with my vehicle "fixed" the hood was dented still and I planned in getting it fixed when I got to my new home. I was given a check that I never cashed from the garage as a balance to use at the next repair place. Well, the wise way employee decided that I was trying to commit fraud, and started harassing my mother(because her number was listed for emergencies) when I asked to speak to someone above her, I was told "the buck stops here!". I hung up on here and that was the end of my business with Wise-Way, even though I had paid for a 6 month full coverage policy, I found new insurance and dropped Wise-Way. I was back in Waukegan to visit family for the holiday, and Wise-Way called my mothers house, asking if I was ready to re new my insurance, my re was hardly polite, but it was to the point. To be clear, I dealt with a very rude women at wiseway the entire time.

Latest issue was the state of Illinois couldn't electronically verify my insurance. I got a nasty letter in the mail that i took too long to read about this and boom! the car has to get re registered again!. Another issue is when i bought the new place that i am moving too they seem to have some stupid issue with insuring 2 homes? like WTF why??? issue 3 was they forced me to bust my but installing a fire resistant ceiling in the basement because it has a wood burning stove down there. the electronic insurance validation thing however.... multiple times! just a headache factory... i had 1 small claim in 17 years which they did fine on but still annoying
