I called another day, and the same thing. I let a couple of days go by, same thing. I let another week go by, I'm so sorry that no one has contacted you back, but let me get your information and when they get here with the code, I will give you a call. No call back. Another week passed by, hoping I would get a call, nothing. Here we are today; I called, and the representative told me the same thing. Mario is not available, when he gets here, I will have him call you. After a month of the same excuse, I doubt I will get a call back. Ridiculous. Time consuming. Inconsiderate individuals.

When she realized her current insurance company was cheaper, she called back to cancel IN LESS THAN 24hrs and they told her they were only going to give her back $1600. The agent ASHLY who assisted her , lied to her JUST TO GET HER SALE & said that she could cancel at anytime with no penalties! So basically it's like my mom donated $500 to this terrible company for NO SERVICES because the policy wouldn't have started until May 9... we are still in April! !! I spoke to several agents, including manager, and they said that is their fee to start a policy! I've had insurance my entire life, and never have paid a $500 fee just to have an agency find an insurance company for me. With that being said, please make sure that these agents are full transparent when selling you, Insurance!
