The staff are always friendly no matter how busy the day is. They do have different hours of operation but it's because they need time to get your taxes done! They are there 5 days a week. But again this is a local small business so if they don't shut the doors a couple days a week they won't have a chance to get your taxes done. Anyway great service, quick turnaround, and moderately priced. ABT is the best!

They paid ABT and carried the exact same return to H&R Block and had while they still had to pay the amount was considerably less. That same year when my wife and I were at the office ( it was in the old location then) we asked to speak with Brooke (who we were told personally prepared it ) at our request would not even take the time to speak with us. Brooke called my wife earlier this year and we figured with the Covid mess perhaps this was the cause for the change. This year Brooke did personally call me and go over the return and seemed to be her old extremely efficient self. She told me she was pursuing the Edward Jones side of the business and her staff would be taking over many of the accounts. The charge for my pretty much standard return was $492.00. I asked the person behind the counter why it was so much, she gave me a blank look and said the computer figured up all charges and she did not know. This is the first negative review for a business that I never in a million years thought that I would to write one on.
